I took Mackenzie for the day. The original plan was to go to the Bishop Museum to see the Dinosaur Exhibition, then go see the horses. But, the museum was closed! Luckily, Mackenzie is only 3, so I was able to convince her that the dinosaurs were sleeping, and that we’d have to do something else. We went to the Children’s Discovery Center. It was awesome, she got to run and play and dress-up. Then we went home and she passed out for about 3 hours. As soon as she woke up she wanted to go horseback riding, so we headed to the stables. She loved the horses, though she was intimidated feeding them. She’s such a great kid and so easy to take care of. I wasn’t even exhausted at the end of the day.
