On Friday morning before the typhoon, Ai took us to a great breakfast place. This was another restaurant in someone’s lanai. We had beefsteak, eggs, and fresh French bread. Mmmm! After stuffing our faces and coming up with our future NGO plan, we headed to the biggest market in Hue. The market has everything you could want/need/not need! It was hot, stuffy, and stimulation overload. However, Ai did find us a lady selling homemade yogurt- it was the best yogurt I’ve ever had! I need to learn how to make it. I after some bargaining, I bought 2 mangoes for $1 (which I’m not really convinced is a good price), a watermelon, and an avocado.
