Dinner at Koto
Tonight as our end of training dinner, we went to KOTO, which is a non-profit organization restaurant. KOTO stands for Know One Teach One. KOTO takes people off the streets and trains them in a 2 year program in hospitality and cooking. The dinners were ‘pricy’ at about 150,000dong each ($7.50). The food was amazing and beautiful! The atmosphere was also great, just my kind of place. This is the kind of non-profit I would like to start. (http://www.koto.com.au/index.php)
