I’ve realized that it’s incredibly difficult to capture the true feeling of Hanoi in photos. Of course, I can take pictures of the trash on the streets, the women carrying goods around, and the street side stands. However, unlike most places I’ve visited, I don’t feel that my photos really bring out the true air of Hanoi. I’m not sure why that is, and it’s quite disappointing. I really want to be able to share the Vietnamese culture, and bustle of Hanoi, but I can’t seem to, in a way that I would like. Oh well, my only choice is to keep trying!
